Coaches can be added to a team so that they can coach employees in that team. Once added, coaches can schedule and update meetings, goals and 1:1s for the team, as well as enabling them to track the progress of employees over time.
Tip: Any user of the platform can be a coach, including an employee on your team.
Adding a coach
From the Your team page, select the coaches tab and then click Add a coach. This will open a pop-up where you can search or scroll to the coach you want to add to your team. Click the Add button next to the coach you want to add.
Once you've added the coach, your team will receive an update and an email letting them know that they have a new coach.
